Please follow these simple tips to keep you and your home safe.

  • BEFORE USING GAS

    Please keep rooms well ventilated.

    Make sure there are no flammable substances or objects like plastic containers or paper near the gas range.

  • WHEN USING THE GAS RANGE,

    Make sure the cooking flame has ignited.

    Also, make sure that while you are cooking the flame has not gone out.

    Never leave your gas range unattended.

  • AFTER USING GAS

    Close the intermediate valve (fuse cock) located near your gas stove.

    If you plan to be away or not use gas for an extended period of time, close the metering valve.

Please have a Korean language speaker contact the Service Center (1577-1190) if the gas hoses or pipes become damaged or you notice anything unusual in any of your gas-related facilities.
Please note that a Customer Service Representative will handle calls Monday thru Saturday only.
On Sundays and Holidays and only if you have an emergency have a Korean language speaker dial 1577-1190 and press 7.

GAS LEAK EMERGENCY

  • Close both the metering valve and the intermediate valve (fuse cock ).

  • Open the windows and doors for ventilation.

  • Do not use an open flame or electrical equipment.

  • Immediately have a Korean language speaker contact the Service Center (1577-1190) and tell them you have a gas leak.
